Rhodochrosite Beaded Necklace with Hand Carved Rhodonite Floral Pendant
About the Item
This eye-catching necklace features a beautifully hand-carved rhodonite floral pendant on a lovely strand of rose-colored rhodochrosite beads. The 6mm beads were hand strung on silk thread and accented with richly colored, round garnet beads that glisten like fresh pomegranate seeds! 18k yellow gold accents finish this pretty necklace, which measures 18 inches in length and can be worn with or without the pendant. The pendant was hand-carved from a single piece of fine rose colored rhodonite and is set with a sparkling mulberry rhodolite garnet set in 18k yellow gold. The 14k yellow gold enhancer bail can be clipped over other beads, pearls, even a gold chain! Rhodonite, rhodochrosite and rhodolite, all deriving their names from the Greek word for "rose" - a necklace so pretty and versatile, for a true lover of rose-colored gems!
