About the Item
This one-of-a-kind piece was created by Stephanie Lake Design in 2013. It features an antique, rhinestone-encrusted golden octopus set on a thick black jet bead braided chain.
One of a kind, this is a spectacular piece, guaranteed to generate compliments each time it's worn.
Made in the USA. Approximate measurements: 16in - 20in adjustable chain drop; octopus measures approximately 3inL x 3inH.
About the designer: Stephanie Lake is one of five scholars in the world to earn a Ph.D. in Decorative Arts, Design History, and Material Culture. She maintains the Bonnie Cashin archive and is the author of the definitive book on Cashin, Chic Is Where You Find It, published by Rizzoli. Her award-winning jewelry designs incorporate rare vintage and antique source materials into one-of-a-kind pieces of art.
