This stunning, fine and impressive Victorian pendant has been crafted in 15k yellow gold. The pendant has been modelled in the form of a Latin cross The pendant is ornamented with six individually multi-claw set emerald cut garnets, totalling 16.29cts. The pendant suspends from a contemporary 18k yellow gold 16" trace chain via an integrated rounded ring loop attachment to the upper border of the design. The chain secures with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening and may be replaced with a chain of the same quality, in a style or length to meet your personal requirements. This Victorian garnet cross pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15k gold. The pendant is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. An exquisite Victorian necklace designed as a snake holding a heart-shaped pendant. The body of the snake crafted from 15 karat gold links which articulate in a wonderfully snake-like way. The links themselves are rounded, which makes the necklace very comfortable to wear.  These graduate in size down to the clasp at the tail. J.W. Benson Ltd. was a prominent family-based company of London watch and clockmakers during the Victorian era, also producing a variety of fine gold and silver jewelry. Although the family had been producing watches since 1749, James William Benson and his brother Samuel Suckley Benson formed a working partnership in 1847. In 1855, James continued the business under his own name. During its years in business, J.W. Benson Ltd. was employed by several royal commissioners, including Queen Victoria, the Prince of Wales, the Russian Tsar, and several other royal families. The company also acted as the official watchmaker to the Admiralty and the War Department. After his death in 1878, James William Benson's sons James, Alfred, and Arthur continued the family business. The company had several English premises and later developed its own factory of manufacture. A longstanding name in watchmaking history, J.W.
