The main pierced decorated, circular frame supports a secondary offset circular design to the upper portion, accented to the centre with a bezel set 1.74ct cabochon cut garnet. The openwork frame of the offset circular frame is further embellished with a seed pearl to the cardinal points of the feature garnet. The lower crescent shaped portion of the frame is ornamented with a floral design comprised of five seed pearls, with emanating paired leaf designs incorporating eighteen pavé set mine cut diamonds. The symmetrical, pierced millegrain decorated design is ornamented with seven impressive individually bezel set garnets, in a combination of round and cushion cut.
