About the Item
This is a stunning Antique Art Nouveau Pendant in the form of a maiden woman in a field of flowers adorned with Ruby centers and Pearl petals in 14 Karat Gold. The Woman Pendant dates to the Belle Epoque - Art Nouveau period, circa 1880 - 1915. The wonderful maiden is beautifully rendered with a stunning peaceful serene face and absolutely gorgeous flowing hair and in a field of flowers. The flowers have ruby centers and pearls set within the petals as well as a garland set with pearls in a magnificent creation epitomizing the Art Nouveau period. The workmanship on the jewel is of the very highest quality. The gold is a gorgeous warm yellow color. Flower and nature inspired Art Nouveau jewels are so prized today and finding them with gems is so wonderful.
The pendant with the bales is 1 3/8 inches (33mm) tall. The pendant without the bales is 1 inch (26 mm) tall. It is 1 1/4 inches (30mm) wide.
The pendant is 14 Karat gold.
The pendant weighs 5.8 grams.
