About the Item

Necklace in 18 karat yellow gold, eagle head hallmark. Splendid antique gold chain it is formed of a long, flattened and finely gadrooned curb mesh. The clasp is a spring ring. A lovely runner, numbered 2390, representing a bee with spread wings set with rose-cut diamonds, the body set with a round sapphire, the eyes with 2 small cabochon rubies and the mouth with a pearl. It can be positioned on this chain to shorten it or wear it as a necklace. This removable necklace can also be used to decorate another necklace with a thick mesh. Length : 79,5 cm, width : 3,6 mm approximately, height of the necklace : 18,5 mm approximately, width of the necklace : 21 mm approximately, thickness : 7,5 mm approximately. Total weight of the jewel : 27, 1 g approximately. Authentic antique jewel - French work from the beginning of the 20th century.
