Really nice sterling silver necklace.
Made by famous Swedish firm Borgila in 1957. This is a very stylish and modernist necklace.
Necklace length 51cm. With Borgila stamps.
Atelier Borgila was founded by designer Erik Fleming (1894-1954) in the early 1920s.
In 1933 Borgila made the, 800 psc silver dinner service, wedding gift from the Swedish people to the Swedish Prince and his wife Sibylla.
Atelier Borgila is regarded to be the No 1 silver company in Sweden during the mid 20th C.
