About the Item

A fine and impressive double strand pearl necklace with a pearl. 0.30 carat diamond and 14 karat white gold clasp; part of our diverse pearl jewellery collections. This fine and impressive vintage double strand pearl necklace has been crafted in 14k white gold. This impressive necklace is made up of one hundred and two graduated individually knotted vintage cultured pearls (circa 1980); the longest strand consisting of fifty-three and the shortest forty-nine. The necklace secures with an antique (circa 1930) heart shaped push fit clasp. The pierced decorated heart design is ornamented with a central collet set pearl, in addition to eight transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, in a combination of pavé and collet set, totalling 0.30ct. This antique clasp is hallmarked with the 14k gold fineness mark (14k). The necklace is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual color and showcases each stone. Condition This double strand pearl necklace with heart clasp is excellent quality, set with individually knotted vintage cultured pearls displaying fine color and lustre. The very high color graded diamonds display a fine white color and brilliance. The antique heart shaped clasp is an excellent gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with a clear hallmark to the clasp. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of pearl jewellery/estate jewelry.
