Elegant Italian 18k Gold 3 Strand Braided Necklace
About the Item
This elegant three strand 18K yellow gold braided vintage necklace was imagined and created in Torino Italy at some time during the mid-20th century. It often seems that only Italian goldsmiths are capable of this very high level of design creativity and gold crafting. The entire polished surface sparkles through the rich patina that only high karat gold can acquire, with age. Measures 22 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. The reverse side of the clasp is stamped 750 and bears a workshop mark from the city of Torino. Gross weight is a substantial 127.8 grams.
