A vintage five row necklace, comprised of three rows of 6mm white cultured pearls and two rows of 8mm round pale pink coral beads, with two 18ct yellow gold spacer bars, strung on to an oval clasp, set with a cabochon coral. Circa 1970. Stamped "750" for 18ct gold.

    A German, Belle Époque, diamond fringed, openwork necklace, with alternating floral clusters and single, old mine-cut diamonds, with a removable diamond fringed swag, connected by a hook at each floral cluster, comprising eight old cut-diamond drops, in pear shaped mounts, with an estimated total diamond weight of 20.00ct, mounted in silver-upon-gold, in an H. Bückmann, Hannover box. Circa 1905. Hermann Friedrich Wilhelm Bückmann, was a royal court jeweller, goldsmith and silversmith, trading from Georgstraße 18, in Hanover. He was born in 1814, in Brünninghausen and died in 1866. He was apprenticed to Gustav Albert Kemnis in Hanover and then worked in Vienna, Switzerland and Paris, over a period of six years. In 1841 he received his master craftsman's certificate and on 29th June, that year, he took the oath of citizenship of the then royal seat of Hanover. He married Sophie Dorothee Täger. They had a daughter on 21st April, 1847. From 1854 Bückmann appeared in the Hanover directories as a court jeweller and independent gold and silversmith, at Leinstrasse 22. In the same year he received a medal at the First General German Industrial Exhibition, in Munich. He was also awarded a silver and gold medals for his exhibits at various trade exhibitions, organized by the Hanover Trade Association.     A diamond and cultured pearl necklace, the Edwardian diamond centre-piece of openwork design with floral and scroll decorations, set with old European-cut diamonds estimated to weigh carats in total, all millegrain-set in platinum, to yellow gold back, circa 1910, strung with five rows of cultured pearls and a later diamond-set rectangular snap clasp, accompanied by detachable brooch fitting, the centre-piece measuring approximately 3.9 x 3.1cm, the necklace measuring approximately 39 cm long, gross weight of the necklace 75.4 grams.
