About the Item
A fine and rare gem alexandrite is showcased on this picture frame diamond pendant. The alexandrite weighs an impressive 1.84 carats and has excellent color change. In normal daylight the stone is a rich blue-green color and in incandescent or candle light it changes to a solid vivid purple. Adding to that, the stone is certified by the GIA as natural and coming from Brazil, one of the finest alexandrite producing localities. It is complemented by 1.12 carats of round brilliant-cut diamonds set around the gem adding brilliant and sparkle. Hand-fabricated in platinum and ready to be worn. Comes with an adjustable fine platinum chain.
