This eye-catching necklace features an impressive and absolutely stunning amethyst that weighs 40 carats! Set in a custom-made 18k yellow gold basket that dangles from an elegant diamond-studded 18k white gold bail, this necklace can be paired with either white or yellow gold jewelry. The pear-shaped gem has gorgeous, medium purple color and bright pinkish highlights, with an outline and ideal proportions for what many consider a perfect pear shape! While the size of this exquisite pendant makes it a fabulous special occasion piece, the simple, sophisticated design allows it to be worn during the day to elevate casual wear!
