Antique 1.63 Carat Amethyst and Diamond Yellow Gold Pendant, circa 1920
About the Item
A fine and impressive 1.63 carat amethyst and 0.30 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow gold pendant; part of our diverse antique jewelry collections.
This fine and impressive antique amethyst pendant has been crafted in 18k yellow gold.
The pierced decorated setting displays a central five-claw set 1.63Ct round faceted cut amethyst.
The amethyst is encompassed with five individually four-claw set Old European cut diamonds, segmented with scrolling motifs.
The vintage (circa 1990) 16" 18k yellow gold chain secures to the reverse with a conventional spring-loaded hallmarked clasp; the clasp bears the 9k fineness mark (9CT).
This antique gemstone pendant and chain have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified 18k gold.
The amethyst pendant in 18 karat yellow gold is supplied with an independent diamond and gemstone grading report card.

Condition
This impressive pendant is excellent quality, set with an impressive amethyst displaying fine color, brilliance and presence. The impressive high color graded diamonds display a fine white color and brilliance. The pendant is an excellent gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks to the clasp.
