A fine and impressive 1.59 carat aquamarine,1.59 carat diamond and seed pearl, 14 karat yellow gold and platinum pendant; part of our diverse antique jewelry collections This fine and impressive aquamarine pendant has been crafted in 14k yellow gold with a platinum setting and a platinum chain. The pierced decorated, teardrop-shaped frame displays an impressive articulating feature bezel set oval cut aquamarine at the center of the design in addition to a collet set pear faceted cut aquamarine suspended from the terminal of the design, totaling 1.59cts. The curvilinear, naturalistic setting is further ornamented with five seed pearls, in a symmetrical formation. The apex of the design is accented with a single collet set diamond, to a tri-leafed design ornamented with three further diamonds. The aforementioned cluster of four seed pearls incorporates a single collet set diamond to the centre, anchoring two decorative chain supports. The lower paired leaf design is suspended from a total of four articulated chains and embellished with a total of thirty diamonds, in a combination of mine and Dutch cuts. The antique pendant suspends from an 16" platinum belcher chain, securing to the reverse with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. This pearl, diamond and aquamarine pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 14 karat gold and platinum.
