Antique Art Deco Diamond and Yellow Gold Pendant
About the Item
A fine and impressive antique 1920s 0.16 carat diamond and 12 karat yellow gold Art Deco pendant; part of our diverse antique jewellery collections
This fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 12k yellow gold.
The pierced decorated tapering Art Deco style fan design is ornamented with a six claw set Old European round cut diamond to the apex, within in a stellate style setting.
The upper portion of the fan design is accented with geometric engraved decoration in addition to an applied leaf motif to the graduating lower portion.
The nadir of the pendant features an articulated, suspended six claw set Old European cut diamond.
The pendant suspends from a 12k yellow gold, 18' belcher chain via integrated ring loop attachments to the upper portion of the fan design, and secures with a push fit barrel clasp.
The 1920s pendant necklace is hallmarked with a maker's mark (CIRO) in addition to a 9k fineness mark (9CT) to the clasp.
This antique pendant and chain have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 12k gold.
The pendant is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Condition
This antique pendant is excellent quality, set with impressive diamonds displaying a fine white color and brilliance.
The pendant is an excellent gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks.
