Antique Victorian Mixed Metals & Diamond Convertible Pendant/Brooch
About the Item
A fine antique Victorian mixed metals pendant (or brooch).
In 14 (or possibly 15) karat gold and prong set with small rose-cut diamonds in silver prongs.
This pendant was likely converted from a larger piece and has a later associated bail and possibly a secondary pin mount.
The bottom of the pin also has a small hook, indicating that it likely at one point supported a small drop beneath.
Simply a wonderful piece of wearable Victorian jewelry!
