Art Deco Diamond Négligée Necklace
About the Item
Here we have a delightful diamond négligée necklace from the later stages of the Art Deco movement. A duo of old cut diamonds hang freely from individual diamond set knife edge bars at the very bottom of the piece. Both principal diamonds are surrounded by a halo of smaller matching diamonds in a fine milgrain setting around the outer edge. This detailing is consistent around the open diamond set motif atop which suspends both bars. Collectively this elegant pendant hangs from a slim platinum figaro chain.
