THIS IS A GORGEOUS VICTORIAN - ART DECO PENDANT WITH A BEAUTIFUL PINK AND BLUE ENAMEL PANSY FLOWER WITH A PEARL IN THE CENTER AND SET AS A FLOWER BUD. THE FLOWER IS SET IN AN ELEGANT GOLD SURROUND WITH LOVELY ART DECO DESIGN. THE PENDANT IS 10 KARAT YELLOW GOLD. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ENAMEL FLOWER JEWELS WE HAVE SEEN. THE FLOWER IS BEAUTIFULLY RENDERED WITH EXQUISITE DETAIL IN THE ENAMEL WORK ON EACH PETAL. THE COLORS OF THE ENAMEL HAVE VERY FINE VARIATION WITHIN THE IRIDESCENT HUES OF THE ENAMEL. THE PETALS HAVE WONDERFUL NATURALISTIC FORM AND ARE FULLY THREE DIMENSIONAL. THE COMBINATION OF THE PANSY FLOWER WITH THE PEARL CENTER AND THE GOLD SURROUND IS EXQUISITE. THE PENDANT EXUDES THE ROMANCE AND THE DELIGHTS OF NATURE. THE PENDANT DATES TO CIRCA 1860-1910
