Indulge in this magnificent Cherub Intaglio Pendant in 14 Karat Yellow Gold and Topaz. The exquisite Venetian Glass Intaglios are in the perfect Sea Foam Blue - Green color. The double intaglios are set in gorgeous 14 Karat Gold. The pendant is a dramatic 3 1/2 inches long. It is signed Tagliamonte, 14K, Italy, and numbered with a star 1385 VI.
The top intaglio features a romantic image of two embracing Cherub, Putti or Angels. The bottom intaglio depicts a wonderful winged Cherub. In the center of the pendant is a fine blue Topaz cabochon. The Venetian glass intaglios are backed with Mother-of-Pearl.
The neoclassical design and depictions of the cherubs or angels in this pendant combined with the fabulous brushed gold and the topaz accent create a magical pendant. The color of the sea glass is exquisite. The size of the monumental pendant is dramatic and wonderful.
Neoclassical inspired jewels and intaglios are all the rage today and this is one of the most extraordinary we have seen.
