About the Item
This designer Ink pendant features a big 15x15x3 mm pink onyx in sterling silver. The Ink collection has been featured in Harper's Bazaar and Vogue UA published issues.
The pendant gives off a delicate light due to the natural rose onyx stone, cut in an unusual shape to allow the light to shine through. The gemstone touches the skin, making it a good choice for those interested in Ayurveda.
The Ink collection was designed by oil painter and jewellery designer Polya Medvedeva from Berlin. Originally a minimalist sculpture in gold with cube smoky quartz, it has since been modified into a ring, earrings, and bracelets featuring different gems specially cut for the artist.

Polya Medvedeva launched her contemporary jewelry line in 2010. She lives and works as an oil painter in Berlin, Germany. Her inspiration is rooted in the aesthetic theories of Xie He, a Chinese theorist from the 5th century. Her designer jewelry combines the precise work of professional fine jewelers with a rich history of being in the market since the 19th century, along with new sculptural ideas by the artist herself. Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
