This is a stunning antique Victorian - Edwardian Peridot Platinum Diamond Lavaliere Pendant Necklace. The gorgeous Peridot is a cushion shape peridot of 7.25 Carat. The color of this gem is just divine and it has wonderful sparkle and presence. The peridot is set with sparkling Rose Cut and Old Mine Cut Diamonds of great beauty in a gorgeous Platinum openwork filigree beaded milgrain pendant necklace. The design continues onto the chain with four open work links further set with diamonds. The combination of the vivid green of the peridot with the sparkling white diamonds and platinum is magical.
This original Victorian/Edwardian necklace dates to circa 1910. The detail on this extraordinary lavaliere necklace is the very best and it is Peridot and Platinum - how rare!
