About the Item
An oxidized silver heart is pave set with sparkling white diamonds and surrounded by an 18k gold frame, a pear-shaped faceted ruby dangles from the point. Our handmade chain is oxidized silver and 18k yellow gold with an 18k yellow gold and diamond charm holder clasp. A dramatic pendant necklace for the romantic at heart!
Pendant measures approximately 34mm x 23mm.
