About the Item
A large impressive and rare natural quartz with a fantastic cat’s eye, known as chatoyancy in the trade. The cat’s eye effect is most seen with chrysoberyl but in more rare occasions other precious stones can also display the unique phenomenon. It weighs 51.17 carats and has a sleek golden cognac color. It is surrounded by 2.80 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds creating a bright halo around the gemstone. Hand-fabricated in platinum.
