A fine antique Gothic Revival silver crucifix or cross.
In sterling silver.
By Neresheimer & Sohne of Hanau, Germany.
In the form of Christ on the cross - with an I.N.R.I plaque above his head and the 4 animals of the Christian tetramorph to each of the points of the cross.
With English import marks for 1911 and Berthold Muller & Sons of London, England.
It appears to retain traces of gilding to sections of the front and reverse.
Simply a wonderful antique crucifix or cross!

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. There is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
