About the Item
A rare sterling silver necklace from Norway designers Regine & Frank Juhls.
Necklace has a two solid bands and the center pendant in free form organic style. The two garnet stones add a nice contrast in color and material.
Frank and Regine Juhls started making jewelry in the 1950's, originally they were heavily influenced by traditional Northern Norwegian imagery. This piece is typical of their early work- very abstract and organic design.
Marked "Juhls" and "925S" for sterling silver.
