About the Item
18 karat yellow gold Plum Blossom necklace pendant encrusted with 5 round diamonds and green cabochon drop green grown quartz or natural chalcedony. This contemporary jewellery collection has been featured in Vogue UA review. We use top natural diamonds VS, F-G, we work with german gems company, that in the market since 19th century.
The unique sculptural design adds the extra highlights to the surface of the gold, it makes the light play brighter. The diamonds bring the delicate blinks, and the cabochon drop is as open for the light as the jewel possibly can be.
This pendant is custom hand made. You can contact the artist to choose if you wish to order this piece in white, rose or black gold, you can also chose the different gem, such as topaze, garnet, quartz or citrine. And you can order the pendant, ring or earrings in gold plated silver to reduce the price or to make the earrings lighter. This is a limited edition jewellery piece by the artist collection, designed by a painter from Berlin Polya Medvedeva in 2018.
The plum blossom symbolises the energy of life, as these trees are blooming very early in the end of winter.

Polya Medvedeva launched her contemporary jewelry line in 2010. She lives and works as an oil painter in Berlin, Germany. Her inspiration is rooted in the aesthetic theories of Xie He, a Chinese theorist from the 5th century. Her designer jewelry combines the precise work of professional fine jewelers with a rich history of being in the market since the 19th century, along with new sculptural ideas by the artist herself. Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
