Unique Inlaid Multi-Gemstone and Sterling Silver Bolo Tie by Benny & Valerie Aldrich. An exquisitely inlaid bolo made of many different stones including turquoise, spiny oyster, fire opal, sugilite, and varasite all set sterling silver. It has an adjustable turquoise braided-leather cord strap with sterling silver ferrules surrounded by cabochons of turquoise, fire opal, varacite, and sugilite with the sterling tips set with turquoise, sugilite, and fire opal. Inscribed on clasp "Aldrich Arts." This piece is in like-new condition and has not been previously worn. I am its original owner. A rare opportunity to acquire a one-of-a-kind vintage example of the Aldrich's work in pristine original condition. Benny & Valerie Aldrich are a husband-and-wife team who have been creating jewelry for over 40 years. The Aldrich’s were pioneers in incorporating faceted gemstones into southwestern-style jewelry in the early 1970s. Intricate inlays in vivid hues are a hallmark of their artistry, jewelry that marries traditional southwestern themes with contemporary colors and craftsmanship.
