Ancient Roman Coin Diamonds and Yellow Topaz Satin Yellow Gold Pendant, from Sacchi’s "Rome" Collection, hand-crafted with lost-wax casting technique. Lost-wax casting, one of the oldest techniques for creating Jewelry, forms the basis of Sacchi's Jewelry production. Modelling wax in the round allows to sculpt small and large pieces, and polishing with agate stones gives characteristic light effects. The Pendant is comprised of 18 Karat Yellow Gold Satin Finish, set with an Ancient Roman Coin in the center and embellished with an Oval Cut Yellow Topaz and Six White Round Diamonds. Rome is the muse who inspires the creations made for this collection. A marvel in a continual state of evolution, like the jewelry dedicated to her. Some pieces faithfully reproduce the "past", others are conceptualized for the "present" and still others feature design that looks towards the "future", all with a single connecting thread: the Eternal City.
