Ombré Tahitian Pearl White Diamond Gold Oxidized Silver Necklace, Atelier Zobel
About the Item
One-of-one Ombré Necklace hand-fabricated in Germany by award-winning jewelry maker Peter Schmid of the world-renowned Atelier Zobel, showcasing a spectacular 16.5" strand of 32 perfectly matched 11.5mm Tahitian pearls that ascend in color from black to silver. The necklace features a detachable and interchangeable deeply textured cylindrical clasp in oxidized silver and 24k gold inlaid with ten round brilliant-cut white diamonds totaling 0.11 carats. Both strand and clasp operate on both ends with vario closures, a unique and very secure twist-and-lock mechanism that allows the owner the ability to wear both alternative clasp options and alternative strand and chain options, offering endless versatility and function. Stamped, Signed, and Hallmarked.

Atelier Zobel has stood as a byword for extraordinary jewelry of timeless beauty for more than 45 years. Peter Schmid was born and raised in the South of Germany, completing his training as a goldsmith and jewelry designer in 1995. After working with the one whose work inspired him, Michael Zobel for more than ten years, Schmid took over the studio in 2005. Sculpted in precious metals Peter reveals the natural dialogue between the crystalline structures of the gemstone and their expression in avant-garde art. These conversations, initially sketched out with a 6B pencil, evolve into the one-of-a-kind collection that is masterly crafted in our studio in Konstanz, Germany. “When I think of beauty, I think of sophistication.
