About the Item

A stunning, fine and impressive antique 1.30 carat blue sapphire and 1.08 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow gold ring; part of our diverse collection of five stone rings. This stunning, fine and impressive sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The impressive pierced decorated scrolling setting displays three round faceted cut sapphires totalling 1.30ct displayed alternately between two feature Old European round cut diamonds, totalling 0.90ct. Each corner of the two feature diamonds is further embellished with a pavé set Dutch cut diamond. The tapering ring shoulders integrate into the feature setting and are ornamented with a shaped groove design, melding seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank. The Edwardian ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the 18k gold mark (18CT). This impressive ring is supplied with two IDGL diamond grading report certificates for the feature diamonds, in addition to an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card for the sapphires and supporting stones. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone. Condition This antique Edwardian sapphire and diamond five stone ring is excellent quality, set with impressive sapphires displaying fine colour, brilliance and presence. The impressive feature diamonds display a fine white colour, brilliance and presence. The supporting diamonds display a fine white colour and brilliance. The ring is an excellent gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with a very clear hallmark to the interior of the shank. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of sapphire jewelry/estate jewelry.
