Antique Ruby and Diamond ring, 9ct gold, Art Deco
About the Item
A gorgeous antique early Art Deco era Ruby and Diamond ring.
It is a band style ring with five stones, three rich Pinky coloured rubies and two rose cut diamonds, set into diamond shaped settings across the front of the band.
The gold has a lovely rosey hue to it and this ring is the perfect piece for stacking with other rings.
Marks and era:
Art Deco era, fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, Birmingham assay office, 1914.
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, surface wear, commensurate with age, some light surface wear and nicks to the stones, significant wear and thinning to the back of the band, some wear and pitting inside the band from a previous repair or resize.
Ring face Approx 5.4mm length and 1mm band width.
