About the Item

Art Deco Gem Set Ring. Beautiful genuine period piece, created during the American art Deco period, Circa 1930's. This ring has been crafted with geometric patterns in solid .900/.999 platinum and embellished with a great selection of natural gemstones. Mount on top in a French flat button setting, with 5 larger European round cut diamonds with a weight of 1.35 carats and accented around with an extra 8 minor diamonds (0.39 carats). All diamonds are F/G color, VS-2 clarity. All surrounded by crossed lines mounted, with 30 French caliber squared cut of vivid blue sapphires, with a weight of 0.60 carats. All gemstones settings are finished with millegrain patterns. Has a total weight of 7.3 Grams and the actual size is 7.5, sizeable. The top view measurements are 22 mm by 20 mm. Note: Millegrain is a jewelry technique which refers to the textural effect of a close-set line of metal beads that are typically used as a border on the edges or bezels of jewelry. Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box. Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold.
