French Art Deco 0.70 Carat Diamond and Sapphire Ring
About the Item
Here we have a stunning cluster ring taken from a time when the Art Deco style was continuing to revolutionise the world of design. A single old cushion cut diamond sits proud at the centre of the face in a fine platinum milgrain setting. This principal stone is then accentuated by a double halo consisting of excellently matched medium blue sapphires and a bright white row of round faceted old cut diamonds around the outer edge. The use of both yellow and white gold milgrain borderings showcases the high level of attention to detail on show here before the piece is finished by a plain yellow gold band with neatly engraved shoulders.
