Mid Century Bombe Cocktail Ring in 18Kt Gold and Platinum with 4.42 Ctw Diamonds
About the Item
An Italian gem set bombe ring.
Beautiful sculpted piece, created in Milano Italy during the post war and the mid century periods, back in the 1960. This bombe cocktail ring has been crafted with a textured feathers patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and a cusp made in solid .900/.999 platinum. The design is made up of two parts, the main body sculpted with patterns of small unidirectionally twisted feathers which embrace the upper cone set with diamonds.
Diamonds: The platinum top part is mount with an exceptional pave setting, composed by 72 calibrated very fine round brilliant cut diamonds, with a total weight of 4.42 carats, white colorless F color, VS-1 clarity
Weight: 19.65 Grams, (12.61 Dwt).
Size: 7 and is sizeable.
Measurements: 21 mm by 23 mm (Inches) and raise 17 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark and the assay marks for the gold and the platinum, "*MI10 PLAT 18KT".
Collateral: This ring is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this piece is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold or the platinum. All diamonds are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
