About the Item
A ruby and diamond floral cluster ring, the central round brilliant-cut diamond, estimated to weigh 0.15 carats, surrounded by six oval faceted rubies, estimated to weigh a total of 0.6 carats, to a border of round brilliant-cut diamonds, estimated to weigh a further total of 0.4 carats, all claw set to a gold mount, later hallmarked 18ct gold London 2015, bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsor mark, head diameter measuring 1.3cm, finger size E, gross weight 2.35 grams.
This ring is in very good condition. Unmarked, tested as 18ct gold.
This pretty ruby and diamond ring is one of many fabulous ruby rings from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. This charming piece features a lively central diamond which forms the centre of the flower shape, and six vivid and lush ruby petals. The ruby petals are surrounded by further twinkling diamonds, all set in a lovely yellow gold. This is a romantic and feminine ring, perfect for adding colour and whimsy to everyday wear.
