About the Item
Here we have an 18ct yellow gold ruby and diamond cluster ring from the Victorian era. This multi-layered piece consists of a single round faceted old cut diamond at the centre which sits slightly risen in a rub-over setting. This principle stone is then circulated by a single row of rose cut diamonds in a fine platinum milgrain setting. A frame of square calibrated rubies around the outer edge possessing a subtle pinky hue complete the ensemble. This proud piece is then finished with a pierced under-gallery showcasing a wonderful hand crafted pattern around the entire edge.
