About the Item
An outstanding Victorian inspired cluster ring claw set with an alluring natural blue cabochon sapphire at its heart, haloed by ten bright old European cut diamonds around the border and an additional one on each shoulder.
The piece is accompanied by a detailed gem report card that states the sapphire is natural and weighs approx. 4.12ct and the diamonds have excellent SI 1 clarity – G/H colour, with a combined weight of approx. 2.02ct.
Sapphire is the birthstone of September. The blue variety is considered a stone of truth, wisdom and protection and has long been a favourite of kings and royalty, adored for its royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.
It’s a spectacular piece, modelled entirely in platinum with a dazzling collection of natural gems on top.
