About the Item
A Victorian trefoil pearl and diamond cross-over ring, the three natural pearls accompanied by an AnchorCert stating the pearls to weigh a total of 3.27 carats and to be of saltwater origin, to a branch set with old brilliant-cut diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of 0.4 carats, all set to a gold mount circa 1890, later hallmarked 18ct gold London 2012, bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsor mark, the head measuring approximately 1.9x1.7cm, gross weight 4.5 grams. This ring is in very good condition.
An elegant pearl and diamond late Victorian ring. This ring features a gorgeous curving band with a serpentine shape in yellow gold set with diamonds at the front. The main feature of this piece is three luminous pearls which form a cluster. This ring comes from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales and is a lovely, naturalistic piece.
