Victorian Turquoise and Pearl Cluster Ring
About the Item
This is an 18ct yellow gold turquoise and pearl cluster ring from the Victorian era. Sat between a pair of swirling open shoulders are a cluster of round natural pearls with a centralised rose cut diamond and a cluster of turquoise with a centralised garnet gemstone. Turquoise and pearls were often used together in Victorian jewellery as the vibrant blue works well with the white lustre. Inside the back of the head of the ring the words 'Dear Sarah' have been engraved offering a romantic quality to this antique piece.
