About the Item

A stunning antique and contemporary 4.23 carat diamond and platinum halo style dress ring; part of our diverse diamond jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive diamond engagement ring has been crafted in platinum. The contemporary Art Deco style millegrain decorated setting is ornamented with a feature antique (circa 1900) 3.37 ct Old European cut diamond, collet set to the centre of the halo ring design. The feature diamond is flanked on either side by a contemporary collet set baguette cut diamond. The feature diamond is encompassed with a total of eighteen pavé set antique (circa 1900) Old European round cut diamonds, completing the halo design. The feature tri-stranded ring shank is accented with a cuff design at the junction with the elevated, pierced decorated flared ring shoulders. The shoulders are accented with a further four pavé set Old European cut diamonds and a subtle millegrain decoration. This Art Deco style dress ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. This platinum and diamond halo ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate in addition to an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone. Condition This stunning diamond cocktail ring is fine quality, set with stunning antique feature diamond displaying fine brilliance and presence; larger diamonds such as this will often appear whiter than the colour grading suggests. The well colour matched supporting stones display a fine white colour and brilliance. The ring is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of antique jewellery/estate jewelry.
