Haute Joaillerie at its best! A famous architectural landmark turns into a jewelry piece. The ring has the same exact same as the Eiffel Tower - that is the matching Eiffel Earrings, it just folds around and embraces the finger.
18K White Gold, completely Handmade with diamonds of carats. They are not square, but especially cut to be inserted into the "tower's" body. Moreover, a flawless Gray South Sea Pearl adorns the top of the ring.
If one could encapsulate Costis’ work in one word, that word would be “different”. Costis loves to observe nature; the sea, the flowers, the animals, the world we live in. These are the forms he re-creates through his jewelry, by enhancing the sculptural element in any object; by taking the ordinary and elevating it into the realm of extraordinary. Costis is intrigued by the challenge of elevating a simple, everyday item into a piece of art.
Costis is also inspired by architecture and mathematics, and this ring is an example of how these two sciences can be applied to jewelry, but result in an impressive yet absolutely comfortable and functional piece.
