About the Item

A true work of art. This is a one of a kind piece, and it features on of the rarest gemstones known to mankind. The center sapphire is a AGL certified Kashmir origin, with no treatment or enhancement whatsoever. The stone is VVS clean, and is a beautiful Kashmir Blue. For those who are looking for a piece which belongs in a vault or museum, here it is. The Kashmir mine was producing the worlds more highly sought after sapphires in the late 1800's and ceased production. Kashmir sapphires are incredibly rare, and fetch record breaking numbers every year in the major auctions. When you look into the blue sapphire, you can really see one of the most beautiful hues of blue. There are two .90ct old european cut diamonds above and below the center diamond which are extremely white and clean, cut for maximum fire and brilliance. We must mention the extreme precision and detail in which each and everyone one of the stones is set, with beautiful bead mil grain around the entire piece, and amazing symmetry. This piece was most likely created by an important jewelry house at the time. There are approximately 2.20cts of diamonds surrounding the three center stones. This piece is handcrafted in platinum, and there is metal engraving work around the entire band. There was no detail spared on this piece, and it is one of the most jaw-dropping piece we have ever seen.
