About the Item

A fine and impressive vintage 0.94 carat diamond (total) and platinum dress ring in the Art Deco style; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections This fine and impressive octagon shaped diamond ring has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated, octagon shaped Art Deco setting is ornamented with a feature 0.50 ct transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond, bezel set in relief to the centre of the design. The diamond is flanked on either side by a slightly smaller transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond, pave set within individual square shaped settings. The central arrangement is framed by twelve pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds. The elevated, pierced decorated ring shoulders are accented with a single pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the outer surface of the shank with the French hallmark for platinum (dog's head). This impressive Art Deco dress ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate for the feature diamond in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
