Antique LFG certified natural unheated blue sapphire diamond marquise ring

Its certificate proves that the larger baroque pearl on the bottom, is a natural fresh water pearl in good luster; while the smaller round shaped pearl in the center of the bow is a natural salt water pearl in very good luster. The larger pearl is attached to the brooch by its original hoop system on the back - the pearl can be detached from the brooch to be worn as a pendant and the bow can be used to hold another piece such as a pocket watch.
