Art Deco Two-Stone Diamond Ring, French, 1925
About the Item
Art Deco two stone diamond ring. Set with a drop shape old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with a weight of 0.65 carats, adjacent to a drop shape old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with a weight of 0.60 carats, further set with three round old cut diamonds in open back rubover and grain settings with a combined weight of 0.23 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.48 carats, to an elegant vertical two stone design featuring smooth polished borders, linear gallery, fancy backholing, the raised sloping shoulders leading smoothly through to a slim V-shape shank. Marked platinum and white gold, French, circa 1925.
