About the Item

classic vintage engagement ring is dazzling with brilliant sparkle and beautifully crafted in solid platinum with simple yet elegant details. The 3.28ct old European cut certified diamond is impressive in size, beautifully white, eye clean, and vibrant. Cut by hand in the 1920s-1930s, it is rare, completely unique, and guaranteed to be 100% conflict free! Measuring approximately 10.3mm in diameter, it has a great spread and a much larger than typical look for its weight! It looks comparable to a typical old cut weighing over 4 carats! The dazzling center is accented by four additional glittering diamonds in a classically refined platinum setting with charming vintage details. The minimal detailing on the setting offers a nod to the ring’s vintage provenance while preserving its simple, uncluttered, and forever classic look. The effect is glamorously elegant and timelessly classic, an excellent choice for an engagement ring! The large 3.28ct center diamond is certified by EGL-USA. Graded H-I for color, it faces up beautifully white. For clarity, it is graded SI3, and it is eye clean. This is a great SI3 with small, scattered inclusions. We feel it is very close to SI2. The inclusions are small, spread out, and mostly located towards the side of the diamond. They hide extremely well in the sparkle. Overall, the diamond has an eye catching presence with remarkable sparkle and life!. The accent diamonds are bright white and exceptionally clean, graded E-F for color and VS1-VS2 for clarity. The setting is solid platinum and has a substantial feel to it. The ring measures 10.2mm across (north south) and 8mm from finger to top. Beautifully classic, this striking vintage ring is imbued with a lifetime’s worth of history. It is an excellent choice for an engagement or right hand ring that is not only gorgeous but also steeped in meaning and longevity.
