Late Deco Fancy Yellow Diamond and Pearl Three-Stone Ring, circa 1940s
About the Item
A truly unique ring, inspired by the Victorian era, but dating to the 1940s. It features a round brilliant diamond in the centre, which is a fancy yellow in colour. It gleams in the middle of the adjacent pearls, which are natural and match in size. The diamond weighs 0.95 carat and has been given a clarity grade of VS1. The stone is claw set within an 18 carat yellow gold carved shank. The detailing is impeccable and shows the craftsmanship of the ring. The small grain set rose cuts highlighting the centre stone are an additional element, bringing life and tons of character to this exotic ring. It could be a dress ring, so a very special engagement ring.
