About the Item

This striking and sparkling Vintage Art Deco style ring is adorned with exceptionally rendered hand tooling and engraving. This truly Beautiful Ring crafted in 18K White Gold (stamped) will make a beautiful UNIQUE Engagement, Wedding, Anniversary or Right Hand Ring. It features a dazzling Gorgeous Natural rich cornflower VIOLETISH BLUE (overtones usually associated with fine natural Ceylon sapphires), faceted OVAL Sapphire, bearing a recent EGL USA certificate stating: Natural Sapphire, 'No indications of heating', estimated weight - 1.50. Clean and Transparent and Super Brilliant. The stone is a rare find in this color and measures 7.37-6.02x3.49 mm. Mohs Hardness is a 9. The stone has a silky sheen, almost like a Blue Diamond .. The sapphire shines at the center, and is joined by a matching pair of super white Oval cut diamonds masterfully surrounded by Pave Diamond Halos on a diamonds band with gorgeous engraving and millgraine details. Total Diamond weight is approx 0.78ct, F-G Color, SI clarity over all. Two oval diamonds are approx. weight 0.60ctw and F-G in color and SI clarity. The height of the ring is 6.50mm from the top of the finger. The Top measures 19.58mm across, the North to South width 12.61mm . The band tappers from 2.49-3.17mm The weight of the ring is 8.2 grams. Finger size 6 3/4, easy to re-size. This ring is in Great condition, very little signs of wear to the Polished band , no sign of wear on the Sapphire or diamonds, consistent with the age.
