Beacon Hill Jewelers Presents: A truly incredible champagne diamond ring set in luxurious platinum made from the mold of the original art deco period piece which was in our inventory a few years ago and we now offer as a reproduction. Centering this fantastic ring is a substantial fancy natural champagne diamond of 0.86 carats surrounded by French cut rubies and orange sapphires. Completely hand crafted this beautiful art deco style ring is one of the most unique and visually striking pieces we've ever made. The center diamond is of a beautiful rich and natural champagne color~Exceedingly rare, and guaranteed to be natural and not artificially colored as are most champagne diamonds. Surrounding the dazzling diamond are sixteen hand cut French cut rubies and orange sapphires bezel set in a gorgeous platinum mounting. The center diamond is bezel set in a hand mille grained platinum bezel, surrounded by custom cut alternating rubies and orange sapphires. Crafted in a unique manner this ring is based off of a round form, with protruding tapered points at the north, east, south, and west points. Hand cut, a single tapered orange sapphire is set in each of the points and is cut to fit into the protruding point. From a technical aspect this ring is a true masterpiece~each of the rubies and sapphires would take in excess of an hour to cut and setting each stone precisely so as to have them fit together perfectly is an exceedingly difficult feat as well. The platinum mounting is beautifully crafted in solid 950 fine platinum and features a beautiful open wire work undergallery supporting the colorful body of this ring. Set on either side of the ring in the navette shaped shoulders are three antique single cut diamonds, all of VS clarity and H color weighing a total of 0.10 carats. The center diamond is of a beautiful and rare fancy intense natural champagne color, and grades as superb VS clarity. Another wonderful feature of this ring is the size of the center diamond~It's diameter is identical to a 1.0 carat diamond without the substantially higher price tag that a 1.0 carat diamond would entail. Currently produced in a size 8 US we are happy to offer sizing Up or Down free of charge. Total weight of rubies and orange sapphires is approximately 1.30 carats. Total diamond weight is 0.96 carats, with all diamonds grading as VS clarity or better. Included with this ring is a Certified Appraisal in the amount of $9,280 sent separately as a PDF.
