About the Item

It is usually the colour blue that we associate with the sapphire – yet this precious gemstone comes in a variety of vibrant colours. Depending on where the stone has been mined, and therefore which elements have contributed to its unique tint, a sapphire can come in almost all the colours of the rainbow. Especially the untreated ones are highly coveted, which is why we are happy to offer this vintage ring showcasing a natural, untreated petal pink sapphire. The ring perfectly embodies the favourite style of the post-war era, presenting the unusual gemstone as the focal point of a diamond cluster ring – the most effective vessel to showcase a precious coloured gemstone. The ten diamonds weigh in at around 1.70 ct altogether and highlight the colour of the sapphire beautifully. High-carat white gold makes up the settings which remain light and subtle so as not to distract from the gemstones. The white gold gallery raises the stones above the finger, letting them catch the light and allowing them to showcase their full brilliant potential. The ring is in excellent condition. It comes with the independent certificate of a renowned gemological institute which certifies the quality of the materials as well as the untreated state of the sapphire.
